Environment Agency - Registered Waste Carrier
Tomlinson's Landscapes has a certificate of registration under the waste regulations act 2011 which gives our customers piece of mind knowing that all waste is disposed of correctly.

This can be verified via the environment agency public data base

A waste carriers license is a legal requirement for all businesses in the UK that are transporting waste as part of their commercial activities. The license is issued by the Environment Agency or the relevant licensing authority in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The main point of the license is to make sure that businesses are disposing of waste safely and legally and to work towards stopping unlawful dumping and fly-tipping. Anyone carrying waste as part of their business must be registered and hold a valid waste carrier's license.

Tomlinson's Landscapes is an Upper Tier Waste Carrier - this allows Tomlinson's Landscapes to transport their own waste, waste produced by their customers, and other people's waste.

Tomlinson's Landscapes ensures that as nearly all of the waste created whilst completing your project is recycled in the most efficient way possible. We aim to use the most suitable and approved local waste recycling centres in order to minimise our impact on the environment.
